I have been practicing yoga for many years and have personally enjoyed the benefits that I have gained from my practice. In addition to my yoga practice and teaching, I also hold a role in Human Resources and understand the impact of conflicting demands on our time. I sought yoga to provide me with some much needed me time, a chance to switch off from the busy outside world, which is often challenging in todays environment.
In my classes I am to provide my students with a safe place to relax, stretch and strengthen the body. The classes are generally flowing, with time between each asana (pose) for adjustments to be made for differing body types.
I thoroughly enjoy my yoga practice and teaching. I am currently continuing my studies with Advanced Hatha Yoga Teacher Training and Pre and Post Natal Yoga.
I am a member of the Independant Yoga Network and the Yoga Register.
